Barbara Jean Hansen

Barbara Jean Hansen, age 63, of Red Oak, Iowa passed away November 18, 2022. She was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on March 4, 1959 to Thomas and Kathleen (Knudsen) Weatherill.

Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family, shooting guns, her pets and her faith especially reading her bible.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Weathrill; husband, Douglas Hansen; and sister,  Maria Weatherill.

Barbara is survived by her father, Thomas Weatherill; sons, John Edwin Petry (Crystal Mowery), Treaver Ward Petry (Kristy) and Joshua Louis Petry (June); daughter, Jamie Carruthers (Jeff); sister, Tammy Wulff (Dave); brother, Daniel Weatherill (Michelle) 15 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

A Celebration of Her Life will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home.
