Christina Simmons

Christina "Chris" Simmons, age 55, passed away November 26, 2022.

Chris lived in the Jasper County Home before Chris' grandmother fell in love and asked her daughter to adopt her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Reva Ripper.

Chris loved each of her children deeply and enjoyed spending time with them and her grandchildren at the lake. Chris loved attending live music events with her husband.

Chris is survived by her husband of 15 years, Craig Simmons; children, Melody (Scott) Nelson, Cody Sallander, and Ashley (Charles Hurt) Cramer; grandchildren, Pearl Roberts, Zoey Doty, Karsin Doty, Edward Hurt, Cole Hurt, and Ryker Nelson-Doty; 3 siblings; a host of other family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, December 1, 2022. The family will direct memorials.
