Dale Marvin Clausen

Dale Marvin Clausen, age 92, of Council Bluffs passed away January 20, 2016. He was born February 25, 1923 in Council Bluffs to the late George and Nellie (Prentice) Clausen. Dale was a World War II veteran, serving with the Third Armored Division (Spearhead). He was a carpenter and builder all of his life, there was nothing he couldn't fix or make better. He was a hero to his family. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda and a brother. Dale is survived by his children, Connie Robey, Jamie Hurt, Joe Huntoon, Cheri Roper; son-in-law, Jerry Robey; sister-in-law, Diana Brinson; grandchildren, Michael, Rob, Teri, Lori and Tim; great grandchildren, Mitchell, Rachael, Dillon, Courtney, Jade, Jared, Eric, Alisha, Sydney, Sierrah, Shania, David, Dylan, Savannah and Draylynn; four great-great grandchildren and many other family and friends, The family will have private services.
