David R. Shipley

David R. Shipley, age 67, passed away December 8, 2015. He was born on December 17, 1947 in Council Bluffs to the late Royal and Harriett Shipley. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gayle Shipley; son, Jeremy Shipley (Kim Welch); daughter, Mellissa Shipley (Reece Wicker); 9 grandchildren; and sister, Ellen Manning. A reception will be Sunday, December 20th from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Hoy-Kilnoski Community Room. Memorials may be directed to the family.
