Dorothy A. Redmond

Dorothy Ann (Lee) Redmond, age 89, passed away peacefully at CHI Health Mercy Hospital March 22, 2023.

She was born November 10, 1933, to the late Charles and Dora (Rethmeier) Lee in Council Bluffs, IA. Dorothy graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and retired from the United States Secret Service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Redmond; sister, Shirley Mae Andersen.

Dorothy is survived by her children, James Redmond and Jody (John Bethards) Redmond-Bethards; sisters, Betty Hassler and Mary Stewart; grandchildren, Jason (Jill) Redmond, Matthew Redmond, and Brianna Redmond; 4 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Private family services will be held.
