Frances R. Mcneal

Frances R. McNeal, 56 years, Council Bluffs, died February 2, 2017 at her residence.

She was born in Council Bluffs to Homer and Reta Coburn. She worked as a nurse for the Kellogg’s Company in Omaha.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Frances is survived by her two sons, Jason McNeal (Hannah), Gerald McNeal (Courtney Waugh); 2 brothers, Gregory Mowery (Doreen), Galen Coburn (Steffanie Ronk); four grandchildren.

Memorial service is 11:00a.m. on Saturday February 11, 2017 at the Hoy – Kilnoski Funeral Home. The Family will direct memorials.
