Franklin D. Lebaugh

Franklin D. LeBaugh, age 75, passed away April 19, 2019.

He was born in Council Bluffs on August 5, 1943 to the late Wendell and Verna (Richwine) LeBaugh. Frank graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and retired from Omaha Steaks.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Francis LeBaugh and sister, Jenny Hazelwood.

Frank is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirley LeBaugh; children, Donna Salak (Darryl) and Gary LeBaugh; siblings, Maxine Herron, Tom LeBaugh (Lonna) and Linda LeBaugh; grandsons, Alex and Wyatt Salak.

Visitation is 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Timothy Lutheran Church – 3112 West Broadway in Council Bluffs. Funeral service is 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the church. Interment is in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Timothy Lutheran Church.
