George “Phil” Turner, 74 years, died September 14, 2018. He was born January 11, 1944 in Council Bluffs to the late George and Edith (Harris) Turner.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnn (Rogers) Turner; his children, NaMee Delacruz (Aaron) and Seung Yong Turner; two grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held later.
