Harry Fredericksen Jr. passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 at Northcrest Living Facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Harry was born January 16, 1940 to Harry Sr. and Mollye Smaus Fredericksen. Harry went to South High in Omaha, Nebraska. He was active in the ROTC and served in the United States Army. Harry was a truck driver when he met his wife Lenna Davis Farmer in Chicago, Illinois. He married Lenna on August 30, 1963. To this union, he gained five children ranging from six years to two years of age.

In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his son Brian Russell Fredericksen, sister Jean Lynch, and grandsons Chad Michael Alexander , Carson Wayne Farmer. Survivors include his wife Lenna; sisters Sharon DeGeorge and Kay Balaban; and children Debra (Roger) Alexander , Carl (Marv) Farmer , Karen (Dale) Stafford, Ralph (Barb) Farmer, and David ( Joanne) Farmer; 27 grand children; 29 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Harry grew up in South Omaha. He was an over the road truck driver when he met Lenna Davis Farmer in Chicago, Illinois. They moved his new family to Omaha, Ne. Later, they moved to Plattsmouth, Nebraska to raise his family. Harry was never afraid of a challenge. Harry was a truck driver, farmer and entrepreneur. Harry enjoyed watching the Huskers play football, WWE wrestling, and old westerns. Harry had a great sense of humor. He wanted Donald Trump to get him out of the nursing home. He loved playing cards with his family. Harry was a great father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He passed away peacefully and will be missed by many.

This summer, the family will have a celebration of life. Any memorials can be directed to the family members
