Hong Pitchford

Hong Pitchford, age 75, passed away on March 2, 2022. She was born December 31, 1946 to Cho V Nguyen and Yen Thi Vo in Saigon Vietnam. Hong immigrated from Vietnam to Council Bluffs, Iowa in 1992. Hong enjoyed spending time with her family and going fishing with her husband. Her pride and joy were her children and grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Hong is survived by her husband, Jarrod Pitchford, daughters, Mari Trinh, Hamida Marecar, Sons, Hadi Marecar, Hashim Van, Haroon Mohamed, and grandson, Khoi Nguyen.
A private family service was held on Monday, March 7, 2022.
The family will direct any memorials.
