James Duane Brown

James D. Brown, age 78, passed away August 10, 2020.

James was born November 25, 1941 to the late Gilbert and Mildred (Robinson) Brown in Axtell, Kansas.

He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Mary Clark and John Brown.

James is survived by his wife, Glenda (Sharp) Brown; daughters, Cheryl Greening (Robert Wood), Lorrie (Allan) Downey, Christine (Scott) Bennett, Mindy (Michael) Sage; sister, Dolores McCain, Jennie Joy Quinze; 8 grandchildren, Savannah (Josh) Belt, Courtney Greening, Emily Downey, Abby Downey, Paige Bennett, Nick Bennett, Danielle Bennett, Joey Sage; 2 great grandsons, Jonathan Bedford and Jayden Bedford.

Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Friday, August 14, 2020 at 11:00 AM, also at the funeral home. Interment is in the Garner Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
