Janet Marie Farrell

Janet Marie (Adkins) Farrell, age 79, of Council Bluffs, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2016. She was born in Council Bluffs on February 2, 1936 to Lester & Marie (Kadereit) Adkins. In addition to her parents Janet is preceded in death by her husband, Richard (2001); and brother, "Sonny" Adkins. She is survived by her sons, Tim and wife Cindy, Mark and wife Judy, Matt and wife Penny and Dale Farrell; 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Roger Adkins and wife Mary; sister, Lois Coffman and husband Dennis; special friend, Karla Kesselring and a host of family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. A luncheon will follow in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. The family will direct memorials.
