He was born February 13, 1992, to Joseph and Lori (Hedegaard) Hopkins in Omaha, NE.
Jeremy is survived by his parents, Joseph and Lori Hopkins; sons, Eden and Samuel Hopkins; sister, Stephanie (John) Chacon; grandmothers, Eileen Panique and Nancy King; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, October 15, 2022.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, October 15, 2022. The family will direct memorials.
