Leora M. Parish

Leora M. Parish, age 95, of Council Bluffs passed away at her home on January 20, 2016. She was born in Fremont, Nebraska on March 5, 1920. Leora was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Parish; daughters, Pat Ferretti and Bette Salerno; sons, Bill Parish and Don Parish; brother, Dan Vokt; parents, Lewis and Evelyn Vokt. Leora is survived by her children, Shirley Adams (James), Dan Garber, Don Garber (Judy), Doreen Faris, Bob Parish (Lonnie); grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Visitation is 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 9:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment is in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
