Lillian A. Maack

Lillian A. Maack, 93 years, Council Bluffs, died November 13, 2017.
She was born September 21, 1924 in Omaha, Nebraska to the late John and Marie (Sedlak) Hesser.

Besides her parents, Lillian was also preceded in death by her husband, James in December of 2016; her son, Joseph; a daughter, Kay Hayes; grandson, Mark Maack; one brother and four sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Janet Petersen (Terry); her son, Robert (Cinthyann); her son-in-law, James Hayes; special niece, Mary Ann Semin (Harold); 11 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday 5 to 7PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Since Lillian was so known for making and giving afghans, the family asks anyone who was the recipient of one to bring it Friday evening for display. The funeral service will be Saturday 10AM also at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Garner Township Cemetery.
The family will direct the memorials
