Lishea Spracklin

Lishea Spracklin, age 58, of Council Bluffs, passed away November 6, 2015. She was born in Council Bluffs, on September 16, 1957, to the late Roderick and Kathleen (Doyle) Frost. Lishea graduated from St. Albert High School with the class of 1975, and then earned a bachelor's degree from UNO. She worked for MidAmerican Energy for 28 years. Lishea is survived by her husband, Ron Spracklin; sister and brother-in-law, Madeline and Pat Shadden; sister-in-law, Cheryl Frost; nephews, Patrick and R.J.; nieces, Jessica and Cassandra; a host of other family and friends. Memorial visitation is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to Wings of Hope, St. Peter's Catholic Church, or S.O.L.A.S.
