Pamela Harter

Pamela Harter, age 59, passed away October 25, 2021. She was born April 4, 1962 to Charles and Beverly (Kady) Wettengel in Council Bluffs, IA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Larry Harter; step-father-in-law, Francis Mumm; and maternal and paternal grandparents.

Pamela is survived by her husband, Clark Harter; daughter, Gail Fanders (Jeremy Barnes); mother-in-law, Marilyn Mumm; siblings, Bruce Schroder, Sheryl Wettengel, Mary Jean Wettengel-Holeton (Michael); sister-in-law, Renee Harter (Kenny Watson); aunts, Janet Hinkel, Joyce Hinkel; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial Visitation will be held 3:00-5:00 pm on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. The family will direct memorials.
