Parl C. Robinson Jr passed away Monday afternoon, March 16, 2020 with his wife by his side.

Parl was born August 24, 1964 in Fort Wayne, IN to Parl C. and Sue (Chafin) Robinson. He graduated from High School in Fort Wayne, IN. Parl served in the U.S. Army from January of 1983 – December of 1984. Following his discharge, he drove truck for several companies before he settled in the Midwest. In 1997 his son, Dillon P. Robinson was born. In 2012 Parl married Coleen R (McCarthy/Fleming) and they settled in Council Bluffs, IA until his death. He was a member of the Community of Christ Church, the N.R.A, and proudly served as a volunteer paramedic/firefighter for Duncan, NE for nearly 4 years, Columbus, NE Hose Company #1, Schuyler, NE and Lewis Township in Council Bluffs, IA until he had to retire due to health conditions.

He is survived by his wife, Coleen, one son, Dillon (Fiancée Nikki) Robinson of Columbus, NE., and one step-son, Cole (Amanda) Fleming of Council Bluffs, IA; one brother, Matt Robinson of St. Louis, MO and one sister Valerie (Mike) Shane of Fort Wayne, IN; one brother-in-law, Chuck (Denise) McCarthy and one siser-in-law, Darcey (Rick) Snethen as well as his mother-in-law, Dee McCarthy of Columbus, NE and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Parl C. Robinson Sr. and Sue Jones, and his father-in-law, George McCarthy, along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A family graveside service will be held in the Roselawn Cemetery in Columbus Nebraska.

Memorials are suggested to the family.
