Patrick D. Smith, age 48, passed away May 4, 2017.
He was born in Council Bluffs on May 9, 1968 to Lester and Shirley (Waugh) Smith. Patrick graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School and was a career welder.
I addition to his parents, Patrick is survived by his daughter, Michelle Smith; grandson, Landon Thompson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike and Joanna Smith, Scott and Leah Smith; nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends.
