Raymond J. Loftus

Raymond J. Loftus Jr., age 66, passed away at his home on August 29, 2016. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on September 26, 1949 to the late Raymond J. and Angela M. (Marasco) Loftus, Sr. After high school he proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Ray retired from UPS as a supervisor. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Loftus and brother, Rodney Loftus. Ray is survived by his wife of 48 years, Connie Loftus; children, Kelly Mueller (Bob), Ray Loftus III (Emily), Michelle Thompson (Dan), Channy Schroeder (Shawn); sister Rosemary Klepaczyk (Alan); 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends. Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Thursday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:00a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment is in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Omaha. The family will direct memorials.
