Reiko Rieger

Reiko Rieger, age 56, passed away April 24, 2017 at the Josie Harper Hospice House.

She was born in Yawatahama, Japan on July 10, 1960. Reiko taught Japanese at both Omaha and Elkhorn Schools.

Reiko is survived by her husband, Greg Rieger; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Adam Nordstrom; son, Michael Rieger; brother, Hitoshi Watanabe.

Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Thursday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:00a.m. on Friday at Christ Community Church – 404 South 108th Avenue in Omaha. Interment will be in the National Cemetery in Omaha. Memorials are suggested to Japanese Evangelical Missionary Society.
