Russell G. Newman

Russell G. Newman, age 60, was surrounded by his family when he passed away November 21, 2017.

He was born in Los Angeles, California on April 1, 1957 to the late Glen and Mary Patricia (Adkins) Newman. Russell worked at Titan Cabinets.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Roger Kinney, Steve Newman and Glen Newman.

Russell is survived by his wife, Tami Newman; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Molly Newman, Trevor and Hannah Newman, Russell and Mallory Newman; siblings, Harold Kinney (Lynn), Andrea Leinen (Bill), Glenda Petersen (Mike); grandchildren, Jay, Willy, Ella, Marleigh, Sam Russell and Adelia; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 3:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. on Sunday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 11:00a.m. on Monday at the Church of Christ Non Instrumental – 1525 McPherson Ave in Council Bluffs. Interment is in the Lewis Township Cemetery.

The family will direct memorials.
