Sandra Franks, age 69, passed away February 13, 2023.

She was born July 10, 1953, to the late Russell and Mary (Hansen) Blackman in Council Bluffs, IA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Lyman Fisher; and second husband, Wesley Franks; and a brother, Phillip Blackman.

Sandra is survived by her children, David Fisher, Shawn (Brandy) Fisher, Angel Fisher, Chris (Jen) Fisher, Nicholas Franks, and April Franks; siblings, Candace Rowland, Russell (Janet) Blackman Jr., Melody Gunderson, Tammy (Darren) Ruggles, Toni (Frank) Jensen, and Terri Blackman; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, February 20, 2023.

Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, February 20, 2023. Inurnment is in Ridgewood Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
