Tammy Sue Ollie

Tammy Sue (Ulrich) Ollie, 52, passed away peacefully the morning of February 10, 2023 surrounded by family after a long battle with ovarian cancer. She was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on June 27, 1970, to Larry and the late Bernetta (Goeser) Ulrich. She grew up in Crescent, Iowa and graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School with the Class of 1988. Tammy and Ryan wed on November 20, 1993, the couple had two children. Tammy enjoyed raising the children and spent her professional career in cosmetology and worked for many years in the beauty industry. She loved shopping, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She was outgoing and friendly, someone who went out of her way to do something kind for someone else and her bubbly personality and beaming smile warmed rooms and hearts wherever she went.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Bernetta Ulrich; and sister-in-law, Cherie Ollie.

Tammy is survived by husband of 29 years, Ryan Ollie; two children, Tristan and Jordan; father, Larry Ulrich; sister, Lisa Eshelman (Bruce Waltke); father and mother-in-law, Roy Jr. and Paula Ollie; brother-in-law, Roy Ollie III; niece and nephews, Brittany Wood, Ryan Ollie (Rachel) and Jacob Eshelman; two great-nieces and two great-nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be 5:00 -8:00 PM at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Graveside service at Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to the family, who will direct them to organizations dear to Tammy's heart.
