He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on October 27, 1957 to William and Marie (Tollander) Marshall.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, sister Sharon Ehnert and brother William Marshall.
He is survived by his daughters, Kathleen and Andrea Marshall; five grandchildren; sisters, Judy Evans (David) and Pam Gillespie; and many other family and friends.
Memorial Service: 11:00 AM Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home, 1221 N. 16th St. Council Bluffs, IA.
