Barbara Orton, age 74, passed away on December 17, 2022.
She was born January 19, 1948, to the late Stanley and Lois (Ulfers) Riche in Council Bluffs, IA. Barbara graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School with the class of 1965.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her in-laws, Bill and Violet Orton.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 53 years, Dan Orton; daughters, Wendy Wise and Jody (Travis McDaniel) Moore; grandsons, Cody Wise and Joey Wise; sister, Sharon Nixon; a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 20, 2022.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 21, 2022. Interment is in the LaPlatte Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Hillcrest Hospice.
