Barbara Schultz

Barbara “Bobbi” Mae (Morris) Schultz, age 77, passed away surrounded by family on Nov. 10, 2021. Barb was born on January 15, 1944 to Chester and Dorothy (Shelbaer) Morris in Council Bluffs, IA. She married Jack Schultz on May 4, 1968. After Jack retired from the Army in 1976, they made their home in Persia, Iowa, with their four children where they lived for over 20 years. After retiring, they moved to Council Bluffs where they lived for the next 10 years. Jack and Barb moved to Harris, MN, in 2020 to be near family and their youngest grandchildren. Barb loved to work on various sewing projects, especially quilting and has handcrafted multitudes of beautiful quilts for her loved ones as well as for donations. Her greatest joy was the time she spent with her family. Grandma Barb will always be fondly remembered for her delicious Texas sheet cake, strawberry pretzel dessert, and best ever pumpkin bars.

She is survived by her husband, Jack, and her siblings Betty Lovette, Roy (Shirley) Morris, Mike (Sherry) Morris, Virgil (Verla) Morris, and Joe (Deb) Morris, her children Randy (Kristi) of Chariton, IA, Rodney (Esther) of Harris, MN, Juanita (Doug) Butler of Monroe, WI, and Jodi Schultz (Ray Keiser) of Crofton NE, and her 17 grandchildren and her 2 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Chester, and her brother-in-law, Larkin Lovette.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, November 18, 2021.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, November 19, 2021.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Carsten’s 1880 Farmstead Inc. (Shelby, IA) or Faith Lutheran Church (42275 Afton Ave, Harris, MN 55032).
