Carman L. Rocha

Carman L. Rocha, age 77, passed away June 20, 2017.

He was born in Council Bluffs on May 3, 1940 to the late Liberty and Gladys (Umble) Rocha.
Carman retired from the City of Council Bluffs.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Jean Rocha; second wife, Sharon Rocha; daughter, Toni Rocha; brothers, Carlos, Marcy and Martino Rocha.

Carman is survived by his son, Joe Rocha; brothers, Albert Rocha (Carlene) and Mike Rocha (Sandy); grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service is 2:00p.m. on Saturday June 24, 2017 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home.
