Carolyn Sue Alley

Carolyn Sue Alley Age, 74 passed away December 24, 2022 at home surrounded by family. She was born November 5, 1948 in Council Bluffs to Fred and Leta (Hanner) Berg. She graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1966. Carolyn married Hamblen Alley on November 1, 1968 in Rockport, Missouri. Carolyn retired from ConAgra in 2013 where she worked in Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Leta (Hanner) Berg.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years Hamblen; sons, Curtis (Kelly) and Jason; grandchildren, Ashley Nichols, Zachary, Cole and Kate Alley; great-grandchild, Keira Nichols; sisters, Elizabeth Hiers and Cindy Carlin.

Visitation: 5:00 to 6:00 PM Thursday, December 29, 2022 with a celebration of her life at 6:00 PM at Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home, 1221 N 16th St., Council Bluffs, Iowa.
