Cynthia Carol (Ratashak) Wills

Cynthia Carol (Ratashak) Wills, age 59, was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on September 1, 1959 to the late Gerald and Carol (Spencer) Ratashak.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Josiah Volentine.

Cynthia is survived by her children, Jeff Plumb, Jamie Poyar (Chris), Jesse Wills; brother, Mark Ratashak; sisters, Kathy Stoltz and Becky Urhausen (Jim); 7 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service is Saturday, 10 a.m., at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Visitation will be during the hour prior to the service. Interment is in the Garner Township Cemetery.
