Daphne Irene Kelley

Daphne Irene Kelley, age 82 of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2013. She was born September 30, 1931 in Dublin, Ireland. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry & Florence Staff, brothers, Dennis, Donnie, Derek and Henry; sisters, Maureen and Sheila. She is survived by her husband, Vern Kelley; son, Bob Moulas (Candice); daughters, Debbie Leonard (Ron), Sheila Beaune (Steve), Julie Porter (Sean Hearn); brother, Peter Staff; step-sisters, Flo and Gloria; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Memorial service is Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. The family will direct memorials.
