Gary D Olsen

Gary D. Olsen, 63 years, Council Bluffs, died Saturday afternoon at the CHI Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs. He was born in Council Bluffs to Dean and Nadine (England) Olsen. He graduated high school, four years of college. He owned and operated a private corrections company.

He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Janet (Stultz) Olsen; his 3 sons, Chris and Troy Belt, Ron (Chris) Blankenship; grandsons, Josh (Savannah) Belt, Zach Belt and Justice Fisher, Christy, Troy and Jeremy Belt and Connor Blankenship; great grandchildren; siblings, Michael and John Olsen, Rita Fidler, Bonnie Francis, Sandra Molley, Linda Olsen, Connie Treat and Debra Thacker.

Visitation with the family will be Tuesday 6 to 8PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. The funeral will be held Wednesday 10:30AM also at the funeral Home. Burial of the cremated remains will be later in the Grange Cemetery. The family will direct the memorials.
