Gerald Edward Brockman

Gerald Edward Brockman, age 78, passed away on November 1, 2022.

He was born October 20, 1944 to the late George and Evelyn (Nielsen) Brockman of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Gerald worked for many years at United AG warehouse in Omaha until leaving to farm north of Treynor. Gerald left farming behind and began driving a truck for Transportation Specialists, Ltd., until he retired in 2011.

Gerald was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie earlier this summer; parents, George and Evelyn Brockman; brothers, Gordon Brockman, Ronnie Brockman, Roger Brockman, Richard Brockman; and sister, Mary Wayman.

Gerald is survived by his children, Scott (Melinda) Brockman of Havelock, N.C.; daughter, Trish (Bryce) Bernhards of Glenwood, IA, and Belinda (Rob) Stone of Bellevue, NE; brother, Gail (Carolyn) Brockman; and sister, Marjorie (Bill) Hatcher; grandchildren, Jodie Brockman and Leah (Trey) Grady of Morehead City, N.C., Jacob (Jenna) Clark of Boone, IA, Jess (Danny) Greco of Papillion, NE; Alexander and Olivia Stone of Bellevue, NE; great-grandchildren, Makenzie Kretzer of N.C., Tripp, Brynn and Violet Greco of Papillion; and his beloved Min Pin, Gracie Chanel.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, November 7, 2022.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. The family will direct memorials.
