John Cecil Santee, Jr.

John C. Santee Jr., age 78 of Avoca, Iowa passed away November 18, 2011. He worked for many years at the Omaha World Herald, retiring in 1995. John is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Deb & Roger Kline and Peggy & Doug King; son and daughter-in-law, John & Michelle Santee; 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and Cubby the dog. Visitation with the family is Tuesday 7-9PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral service is Wednesday 1PM at the funeral home. Interment is in Forest Lawn Cemetery followed by a reception in the Hoy-Kilnoski Community Room. The family will direct memorials.
