Leland Victor Breakfield

Leland Victor Breakfield, age 78, passed away July 28, 2017.

He was born September 17, 1938 in Lebanon, Missouri to the late William Jesse and Eva Melzena (Murrelet) Breakfield. Victor proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 21 years.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Merle Breakfield.

Victor is survived by his wife, Bonnie Christiansen; daughters, Rhonda Breakfield-Uggen (Chris) and Charisse Skoog (Dave); sister, Donna Bowen (Gary); step-children, Brenda Hennigs (Lowell), Johnny Christiansen (Michelle), Sandy Welch (Don); grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Monday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:30a.m. on Tuesday at Emanuel Lutheran Church – 2444 North Broadway in Council Bluffs. Inurnment is later that afternoon in the Carson, Iowa Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
