Phillip R. Rocha

Phillip R. Rocha, age 70, died January 12, 2019.

He was born in Council Bluffs on October 29, 1948 to the late Pete and Dorothy (Wright) Rocha.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Bill, Pete, Louie and Carmella.

Phillip is survived by the love of his life an mother to his children, Esther Rocha; children, Todd Rocha (Catalina), Brian Rocha, Brenda Rocha, siblings, Fred Rocha (Annette), Marcella Jacobson, Patty Davis (Jim), Tena Jones (Bill); grandchildren and great grandchildren; many other family members and friends.

Celebration of his life 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday January 20, 2019 at the American Legion Rainbow Post #2 – 716 South 4th Street in Council Bluffs.
