Robert E. Stansberry, Jr.

Robert E. Stansberry Jr., age 65, passed away March 20, 2019.

He was born in Council Bluffs on March 18, 1954 to the late Robert and Carol (Carman) Stansberry Sr. Robert had retired from First Data. He loved being with his family and enjoyed, horseshoes, camping, fishing, bowling and playing pool. Robert was a lifetime member of the Eagles Club.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Millard “Sonny” Baughman.

Robert is survived by his daughters, Jodi Ludington (Ryan) and Erica Leytham; sisters, Patricia Stansberry, Becky Baughman and Clara Bowery (Chris); son-in-law, Sid Leytham; grandchildren, Katlyn Borns, Sydney Bonar, Coy Leytham, Keegan Leytham, Payton Ludington, Eli Ludington and Chloe Kellogg; great grandchildren, Mayleigh, Miles and Natalie; a host of other family and friends.

Family and friends will gather at 1:00 p.m. on Monday March 25, 2019 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Cortege will leave at 2:00 p.m. for a graveside service in Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials
