Shelley Kay Lewis

Shelley K. Lewis, age 49, passed away August 1, 2014. She was born in Council Bluffs on August 10, 1964 to the late Robert & Violet (Hughes) Axtell. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Geno Lewis II; half-brother, Jason Altstadt. Shelley is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rashelle & Kalub Kunik; step-son, Geno Lewis III; brothers, Robert Axtell Jr. (Sherrie) and Bryan Axtell (Jean); sister, Tami Boruff; half-brother, Justin Altstadt; half-sister, Kayleigh Altstadt; granddaughter, Maycee Kunik; a host of other family and friends. Visitation is Tuesday 6-8PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is Wednesday 2PM at the funeral home. Interment is in the Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
