Stanley Wayne Hammermeister

Stanley W. Hammermeister, age 80, passed away January 30, 2017 at Nebraska Medicine.

He was born April 2, 1936 to the late Gustav and Thelma Hammermeister. Stanley worked as a mechanic for over 30 years and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Bellevue.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Loren and Delano; sister, Barbara Rieken.

Stanley is survived by his wife, Doris Hammermeister; sons, Lee Hammermeister, Lynn Hammermeister and Karl Hammermeister (Cindy); sister, Beverly Erickson (David); 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Friday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 11:00a.m. on Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church – 104 Galvin Road North in Bellevue. The family will direct memorials.
