William Kent Christensen

William K. “Bill” Christensen, age 70, of Council Bluffs passed away at his home on June 10, 2017.

He was born in Des Moines, Iowa on May 26, 1947. After high school, he served his country in the United States Navy. Bill retired from Rhoden Auto as a mechanic

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hank and Irene Christensen; sister-in-law, Betty Loveless.

Bill is survived by his wife, Marjorie Christensen; daughters, Kim Ashley and Lisa Christensen; niece, Jennifer and her husband Justin Limpp and their twins, Jack and Josie Limpp; brother-in-law, Burton Loveless.

Visitation is 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Tuesday June 13, 2017 at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is Wednesday at the funeral home followed by a luncheon in the community room at Hoy-Kilnoski. Interment will be later that afternoon at Graceland Cemetery in Avoca, Iowa. The family will direct memorials.
