Angela Marie Rhoades

Angela "Angie" Williams Rhoades was born September 21, 1971, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1991. That same year, she met Walter Rhoades, and the two married on April 18, 1992, sharing 34 years of marriage.

Angie enjoyed spending time with family and friends, bowling, cooking, and playing Monopoly and spades. Family trips to Disney World were especially meaningful to her. She loved tigers and the color red, and music was a constant part of her life. Her large CD collection and countless hours listening to Spotify reflected her love of music.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Forrest "Jack" and Jonnie Williams; mother, Barbra Caldwell; son, Shawn Rhoades; and three uncles.

Angie is survived by her husband of 34 years, Walter Rhoades; son, Trevor Rhoades; daughters, Taylor Rhoades and Ashley Rhoades; daughter-in-law, Kelsey Jensen; son-in-law, Joshua Tapp; and granddaughters, Kennedy Jensen, Saphira Rhoades, and Hadley Tapp.

A Memorial Service will be held at Midwest Church of God, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

The family will direct memorials.
