Anna Marie Moore

Anna Marie Moore, 91 of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away on August 1, 2026 after a short stay at hospice at Azria Nursing Center in Missouri Valley, Iowa.

She was born January 29, 1935, the first child of Paul and Violet Patterson.

She leaves a daughter, Kris Cox (Robert) of Kingsville, Missouri and a son, Patrick Moore of Council Bluffs, Iowa. She is also survived by a sister, Betty Munch (Fred) and a brother, Harry Patterson, all of Omaha Nebraska. She was preceded in death by Paul and violet Patterson, also by Jodi Rae Moore, her beloved daughter of Minden, Iowa.

She graduated from North High School in 1953 and over the course of her life, held many jobs, close to 50! Among them, Methodist Hospital, Sams Club, Rogers Jewelry, the Red Cross and the Blackstone Hotel in Omaha. She also taught Sunday School for years and was a Brownie leader.

She leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren, who will hold precious memories of all her love and kindness. We will all miss her very much.

Cremation and no services were requested.
