Anthony Stom

Anthony George "Tony" Stom, age 48, passed away December 11, 2023. He was born June 16, 1975 to George and Judith (Botts) Stom in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Tony graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School. He enjoyed fixing and working with cars or anything with a motor that he could repair, he worked many years with his father at Stom Construction. Tony enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and most of all, his dog, Gigi.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Stom; brother, George John Stom, Jr.

Anthony is survived by mother, Judith Stom; brothers and sisters, Joe (Jenny) Stom, Christine (Brian) Bohnet, John Stom (Kris Wrinkle); nieces and nephews, Mike Christensen, Aaron Taylor, Carrie Melcher, George Stom, Georgianna Bohnet, Sam Bohnet; cousins, aunts, uncles and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be at 5:00 pm with Trisagion (Prayer Service) at 6:30 pm on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church on Friday, December 15, 2023. The family will direct memorials.
