Barbara J. Henry, age 69 of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away April 25, 2013 at her home. She was born March 17, 1944 in Oakland, Iowa to Leslie & Helen (Brockman) Neighbors. She is preceded in death by her father, Leslie Neighbors and son, Troy Henry; 3 sisters, Joyce, Betty and Carolyn; 2 brothers, Tom and Bob Barbara is survived by her son, Robert Henry; daughter, Michelle Newton; mother, Helen Neighbors. Viewing and visitation is Sunday 4-6PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home.
