Betty Michaelsen

Betty Michaelsen, age 91, passed away at Jennie Edmundson Hospital October 4, 2022. 

She was born December 27, 1930, to the late Lewis and Edna (Ham) Peters in Council Bluffs, IA. Betty graduated from Missouri Valley High School with the class of 1949, and retired from AT&T.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard Case; and brother, Howard Peters.

Betty is survived by her son, Steven Michaelsen of Council Bluffs; daughter, Susan (Jim) Tackett of Del Rio, TX; grandson, Jeremy Case of WA; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, October 07, 2022.

Graveside Service will be Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 9:30 a.m., at the Grange Cemetery in Honey Creek, Iowa.
