Beverly Jefferis

Beverly Jefferis, age 86, passed away August 3, 2022.

She was born November 13, 1935, to the late Marvin and Edna (Pedersen) Husz in Council Bluffs, IA. Beverly retired from Charles Schneider and was a member of the Carson United Methodist Church.

Bev enjoyed time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an excellent seamstress. Her biggest love was making quilts and sharing that happiness with her sister Jeanine. And she certainly loved her candy bars!

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James "Whity" Jefferis; son, Wendell Jefferis; grandson, Keith Jefferis; brother, Timothy Husz; sister, Jeanine Brakefield.

Beverly is survived by her children, Randall (Bev) Jefferis, Jacqulyn (Dave) Kipp, Janelle (James) Neppl; brother, Lowell (Velda) Husz; sister, Marilyn (Bob) Harril; grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Sunday, August 07, 2022.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, August 8, 2022. Interment will be later that afternoon in the Hazel Dell Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
