Billie Behrens

Billie Jo Behrens, age 45, passed away peacefully at Methodist Hospital December 26, 2025.

She was born July 15, 1980 to Gerald and Rose (Ross) Dixon in Omaha, NE.

She was preceded in death by mother, Rose Dixon; grandparents John & Rosanne Ross; nephew, Nikolas Sorick; grandfathers, Murl Lewis and William "Bill" Dixon; aunts, Debra Dixon, Pattye Dixon-Boner; uncle, William "Bill" Dixon; father-in-law, Bryce K. Behrens; grandfather-in-law, Bryce G. Behrens.

Billie Jo is survived by her husband, Douglas Behrens; children, Kylee Ferris, Kobi Rose Ferris, Savannah Behrens, Brynleigh Behrens, Douglas Behrens II; father, Gerald Dixon; siblings, Jere Marie Dickinson (Steve), Jame Joan Sorick (Brian), Randie Mae Singer (Thomas); grandchildren, Kaizen Coleman and Kamari Coleman; aunts, uncles. nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of her life and reception in her honor will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with special remarks at 6:00 PM at the Warehouse Event Center - 1414 West Broadway in Council Bluffs. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
