Billy D. Blocker

Billy D. Blocker, age 51, passed away May 1, 2014. He was born in Council Bluffs on January 12, 1963 to Roy & Clara (Walter) Blocker. He is preceded in death by his father. Billy is survived by his mother, Clara Blocker; siblings, Lonnie Blocker (Barb), Teresa Suiter (Dave), Connie Carpenter (Mike), Gary Blocker, June Blocker Cindy Stultz (Tim); nieces and nephews. Visitation is Monday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Memorial service is Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will direct memorials.
