Billy Lynn Wheeler

Billy L. Wheeler, age 80 of Council Bluffs passed away April 11, 2012. He was born December 6, 1931 in Pemiscot County, Missouri to the late Elmer & Quincy (Little) Wheeler. Billy worked for Vickers, retiring in 1992. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey K. (Goodman) Wheeler; brothers, Edward, James, Frank and Elmer Jr.; sister, Phyllis Bullington and Mary Katherine Wheeler. Billy is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Dennis & Pastor Marta Wheeler; daughter and son-in-law, Janet & Don Gundlach; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy & Fearl Faulkner; sisters-in-law, Virginia Carberry, Ruth Messerli (Paul) and Nadine Watson; grandchildren, Shannon Youngman (Jeff), Matthew Wheeler (Natalie), Erica Kilnoski (Duke), Theodore Wheeler (Nicole), Lisa Scieszinski (Bill), Sara Schneider (Heath) and Kayla Gundlach; 9 great grandchildren. Vigil service will be Sunday 5PM followed by visitation until 7PM at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral mass will be Monday 10AM at St. Peter?s Catholic Church. Interment is in Ridgewood Cemetery followed by a reception in the Chuck Kottas Parish Hall. Memorials are suggested to either St. Peters Catholic Church or the American Cancer Society in the name of his late wife, Audrey.
