Brent Stokes

Brent Stokes, age 53, passed away peacefully at CHI Health Bergan Mercy Hospital on February 14, 2023.

He was born May 30, 1969, to Carol and Rhodora (Rose) Stokes in Sioux City, IA.

Brent was preceded in death by his father, Carol Stokes and brother, Jeffery Stokes.

Brent is survived by his children, Holly Buckingham (Clinton), JaNae Berner, Shelbie Lidgett (Austin), and Timothy Ollie; mother, Rhodora Stokes; sister, Rhonda Ervin (Jeff); brother, Marty Stokes; sister-in-law, Marian Bretey; former spouse, Sheri Hiller; and twelve grandchildren, Bradley, Max, Lily, Aalanah, Clinton James, Olyvia, Elley, Mariah, Raelynn, Avery, Brooklyn, and Timothy Junior.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Monday, February 20, 2023. Interment will be that afternoon in the Evergreen Cemetery at Walthill, Nebraska. The family will direct memorials.
